Product Overview of QXN Engineering Submersible Electric Pump:

QXN type engineering submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump), in accordance with JB/T8092-1996 standard, production license number: XK06-216-00999. An electric pump consists of three parts: a water pump, a seal, and an electric motor. The water pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump and is a centrifugal impeller with a flow channel guide vane; The upper part of the electric pump is a built-in submersible three-phase asynchronous motor; The submersible pump is sealed with a colored mechanical seal between the submersible pump and the electrical surface, and an "O" shaped rubber seal ring is used as the static seal at each connection stop seal.

The QXN type engineering submersible electric pump is a bottom pump type that can pump out shallow water on the surface of the operation; The electric motor is an internal type, and a water passage layer is formed between the outer shell and the motor casing. When the sucked liquid passes through the layer, it has a cooling effect on the electric motor. Therefore, this series of electric pumps can be submerged underwater and can also perform liquid suction work on the ground. Due to the above characteristics, this series of electric pumps can be widely used in places such as mines, construction sites, tunnels, industrial enterprises, and domestic wastewater and sewage discharge.

2、 The usage conditions of QXN type engineering submersible electric pump:

The QXN type submersible pump should be able to work continuously and normally under the following usage conditions:

1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40 ℃; The pH value is between 6.5 and 8.5;

2. The particle size of solid impurities in the medium shall not exceed 0.3mm;

3. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is three-phase AC 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9 to 1.1 times the rated value;

4. The fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value;

5. Diving depth shall not exceed 40 meters.
